03 · SECURITY
Two-factor & active sessions
Add a second layer to your sign-in, and sign out devices you no longer use.
When 2FA is on, signing in requires a 6-digit code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) in addition to your password.
Useful if you signed in on a public computer or suspect a device was lost. This signs you out on every device except this one.
04 · DANGER ZONE
Delete account
Permanently remove your AEO Owl account, brands, audits, and history.
After you confirm, the deletion is scheduled automatically. If you have an active
Monitor subscription, it’s set to cancel at the end of
your current billing period and the 30-day grace clock starts then. Otherwise the grace clock
starts now. You can sign in any time before the deletion date and click “Keep my account”
to cancel. Any unused Dashboard audits expire silently when the account is removed; for refund
inquiries, email admin@aeoowl.com.
